Mickiewicza 12 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 - Assortment And Price Form. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
