Radomska 117).2. The Bodies Of Deceased Persons Will Be Collected From Individual Facilities Of The Sp Zoz Municipal Hospital Located In Częstochowa At: - Ul. Mirowska 15; - Ul. Bony 1/3 - Ul. Mickiewicza 12 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 - Assortment And Price Form.
