The Order Will Be Fulfilled As Part Of Successive Deliveries, Based On Each Order Placed By Phone Or E-Mail Within 7 (Seven) Days Of Placing The Order, From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Quantities Of Tight Passages And Seals Indicated In The Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Best Offer. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed Is Not Entitled To Claim For Delivery In The Amounts Specified In The Offer Form. Purchases Of Tight Passages And Seals Made During The Execution Of The Contract May Differ In Quantity And Product Range From Those Specified In The Price Form, But The Total Value Of Purchases Will Not Exceed The Total Value Of The Order. 5. The Parameters Of Each Product Covered By The Order Must Be Confirmed By The Current National Technical Assessment. 6. The Contractor Must Have A Current Factory Production Control Certificate In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
