The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Swimming Lessons At An Indoor Swimming Pool As Part Of Classes For Students Of The Primary School With Integration Classes No. 4 In Wieliczka.2. The Service Consists In Particular Of: 2.1. Purchasing Admission Tickets To A Public Swimming Pool, Which Is Subject To The Supervision Of Health Institutions, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards, In Particular The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714)2.2. Instructor Service And Swimming Lessons.3. Cpv92600000-7 Sports Services4. The Ordering Party Specifies The Following Service Performance Standards: 4.1. At Least One Instructor For 15 Children, However, For Groups With Children With Special Educational Needs, The Contractor Is Required To Provide At Least Two Instructors.4.2. Constant Supervision Of At Least Three Lifeguards At The Pool;5. Providing Equipment For Learning To Swim: A) Noodles, Approximately 60 Pieces; B) Sleeves, Approximately 30 Pieces In Various Sizes; C) Boards, Approximately 60 Pieces; D) Equipment For Adaptive Activities In Water For Children;6. There Will Be No More Than 75 Students In The Swimming Pool At The Same Time, Including Up To 10 Students With Special Needs,7. Providing Womens And Mens Locker Rooms With Changing Rooms And A Locker Room For The Disabled,8. Providing At Least 16 Stationary Dryers.9. Facilities: Sports Swimming Pool With A Depth Of Approx. 1.80 M, Recreational Swimming Pool With A Depth Of Approx. 1.20 M.10. The Ordering Party Plans To Develop A Detailed Schedule Of Swimming Pool Activities After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer In Consultation With The Contractor.11. It Is Assumed That The Service Will Cover Approximately 514 Students (Per Week), Classes Will Be Held From Monday To Friday, Excluding Study Breaks And Days Off, I.E. Approximately 35 Weeks. 12. The Actual Number Of Services Provided Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.13. Example Topics Of Classes: 13.1. Getting Acquainted With The Facility, Its Regulations, Safety And Hygiene Rules;13.2. Mastering Basic Motor Activities In The Aquatic Environment;13.3. Sensing The Buoyancy Forces Of Water, I.E. Learning To Lie On The Chest And Back;13.4. Elementary Swimming;13.5. Improving Learned Swimming Elements.14. The Ordering Party Requires That The Classes Take Place At A Swimming Pool (Indoor Swimming Pool) Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Distance Must Be Measured In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Point 13.2. Swz. 15. The Contractor Will Provide Transport (Back And Forth) Of The Participants To The Swimming Pool, The Costs Of Transport Will Be Covered By The Participants Themselves.16. Other Conditions For The Provision Of The Service Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.17.
