Tenders Are Invited For Preparing Meals In The Ordering Partys Premises And Delivering Them To The Dining Room Of The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Providing 162 Residents Of The Dps In Skrzynno With Varied Meals, Previously: Prepared, Cooked, Prepared In The Ordering Partys Premises (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). A Meal Means: Breakfast, Second Breakfast In The Case Of A Specific Diet, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, And Dinner. The Service Will Be Provided On All Days Of Each Month, Including Sundays And Holidays.2. The Final Number Of Inhabitants Depends, Among Others, On: From Their Absence From Dps (E.G. Due To Vacation, Participation In A Stay, Hospitalization). The Average Monthly Number Of Residents Eating Meals Over The Last 12 Months Was 156 People.3. The Preparation And Production Of Meals Must Take Place: 1) Only In The Ordering Partys Kitchen. It Is Not Allowed To Provide A Catering Service Involving The Preparation Of Meals Outside The Ordering Partys Premises, Their Delivery In The Form Of Ready-Made Meals, Semi-Finished Products, Meal Components Or Other Items Of A Similar Nature, Requiring The Transport Of Food From The Contractors External Kitchen.2) In Accordance With The Haccp Principles And Procedures Necessary To Ensure Food And Nutrition Safety, Taking Into Account The Provisions Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448) And Implementing Acts, As Well As Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard;3) On An Ongoing Basis, From Natural, High-Quality And Fresh Products (Especially Vegetables And Fruits), With Valid Expiration Dates, 4) While Maintaining And Observing The Sanitary And Hygienic Regime In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Service (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 11 And The Draft Lease Agreement - Appendix No. 11A.5. The Contractor Providing The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Obliged To Conclude A Lease Agreement For Premises And Equipment With The Ordering Party, Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 11A To The Swz. The Monthly Rental Cost That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Pay To The Ordering Party Will Be Pln 3,468.34 Gross. The Contract Will Be Valid For The Duration Of The Public Procurement. The List Of Rooms And Equipment Is An Annex To The Lease Agreement.
