1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Hot One-Dish Meals For Children And School Youth In The Aleksandrów Commune As Part Of The Provision Of Supplementary Meals For The Following Institutions: - Local Government Kindergarten In Aleksandrów (At Ul. Klonowa 11 And Ul. Wesoła 1) - Primary School Named After Children Of The Zamość Region In Aleksandrów (Aleksandrów 104, Aleksandrów 554)2) Meals Will Be Delivered Every Day On All School Days And On The Days When Children Attend Kindergarten (Winter Break + Summer Holidays) At From 10:10 To 13:003) The Ordering Party Estimates The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Amount Of 14,656 Meals (Estimated Quantity). The Final Quantity Of Meals Ordered Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Therefore The Quantity Of Meals Ordered During The Term Of The Contract May Be Less Than Specified In This Tor. Number Of Days Covered By The Delivery Of Meals - Approx. 148 (Number Of Days Of Schooling - Approx. 88, Number Of Days Of Children Attending Kindergarten - Approx. 148). Number Of Children Attending Primary School Covered By Supplementary Meals - Approx. 32. Number Of Children Attending Kindergarten Covered By Supplementary Meals - Approx. Dishes. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Repetition Of The Same Meals Within 2 Weeks. The Second Non-Meat Dish Cannot Occur More Than Once A Week.5) One Portion Of The Meal Should Contain: A) Soup Weighing At Least 300 Ml Plus Two Slices Of Bread Or Roll Plus Fruit At Least. 50 G.B) Second Course Weighing At Least 300 G: Min. Meat. 100G Or Substitute Min. 100 G (E.G. Fish, Meatballs, Roulades, Etc.), Potatoes 100 G Or 100 G Substitute (E.G. Pasta, Rice, Groats, Etc.), Salad Or Cooked Vegetables 100 G And Juice Or Compote At Least 200 Ml. The Second Course Weighing 300 G May Also Include: Dumplings, Cabbage Rolls, Potato Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce, Croquettes, Pancakes With Filling And Juice Or Compote Min. 200 Ml Plus Fruit Min. 50 G, It Is Also Required That: • Vegetables Or Fruit Are Served In Each Meal, • A Portion Of Fish Is Served At Least Once A Week, • No More Than Two Portions Of Fried Food Are Served From Monday To Friday, And Refined Vegetable Oil With A Monounsaturated Acid Content Of More Than 50% And A Polyunsaturated Acid Content Of Less Than 40% Is Used For Frying;6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Monthly Menu. The Menu Should Include Products From Each Group, Be Varied, Balanced, Diverse, Tasty And Adapted To The Season And Holidays. 7) The Menu Should Be Presented To The Ordering Party By The 28Th Day Of A Given Month For The Following Month For Acceptance By The Ordering Party And Posted In Each Facility. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Present A Weekly Menu, But Such A Menu Should Be Received By Thursday Of The Previous Week For The Next Week And Should Be Posted In Each Facility. The Menu Should Be Prepared In Such A Way That The Names Of Products, Weight And Days
