Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Preparing And Delivering Meals For Patients Of The Specialist Hospital In Chorzów.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of A Full-Day, Comprehensive Catering Service For Patients, Including The Delivery Of Meals To The Specialist Hospital In Chorzów. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448). 2. The Comprehensive Nutrition And Meal Delivery Service For Patients Includes: A. Preparation Of Meals In Quantities Resulting From The Number Of Hospitalized Patients, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Dietary Recommendations Of The National Center For Nutrition Education In Warsaw; B. Serving Meals In The Bain-Marie System: Lunch Meals And Liquid Dishes For Breakfast And Dinner In Gn Containers (With Silicone Or Rubber Seals) In Thermoports, To The Place Of Meal Delivery, According To The Ordering Partys Choice; C. An Individual Meal Delivery System For Patients Of The Infectious Diseases Ward - Isolation Room And For Patients Isolated Due To Infection With Emergency Pathogens In Disposable Dishes. Breakfast (2Nd Breakfast For Diets: With Limited Easily Digestible Carbohydrates And High-Protein/High-Calorie Diets), Lunch - Soup And Second Course (Afternoon Snack For Diets: With Limited Easily Digestible Carbohydrates And High-Protein/High-Calorie Diets) And Dinner In Styrofoam Or Plastic (Heat-Sealed) Menu Box Packaging Min. Divided, Soup - 300 Ml Package, And An Appropriate Number Of Disposable Cups For Drinks With A Capacity Of 250 Ml And Disposable Cutlery (Breakfast, Dinner - Fork, Knife; Dinner: Spoon, Fork, Knife) Resulting From The Number Of Person-Days; D. Preparing Meals For Patients Of The Day Psychiatry Department (From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays), Which Includes One Meal (Breakfast And Second Breakfast For Diets: With Limited Easily Digestible Carbohydrates Or An Afternoon Meal And An Allowance For Diets: With Limited Easily Digestible Carbohydrates) Resulting From The Number Of Person-Days. The Ordering Party Requires That Cereal Coffee And Tea Be Delivered In Thermoses;E. Regeneration Meals For Employees Working Outdoors. It Is A Hot Meal In The Period From November 1 To March 31 In The Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party.
