1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery In 2026 As Part Of The Meal At School And At Home Program Of Food Products (Vegetables) Listed In Annexes No. 1A Swz.2. Food Items Will Be Delivered To The Canteen Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Lipno During The Canteens Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, For The Price Specified In The Offer Of The Selected Contractor In Accordance With The Quantities Declared By The Ordering Party.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Successively Delivered And Unloaded At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Without Additional Fees).4. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Delivered By A Means Of Transport That Meets The Sanitary Requirements Specified In The Regulations, In Packaging That Guarantees Safe Transport And Storage.
