The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Following Codes: Cpv 03000000-1 - Products Of Agriculture, Breeding, Fishing, Forestry And Similar, Cpv 03100000-2 - Products Of Agriculture And Horticulture, Cpv 03142000-8 - Animal Products, Cpv 03142500-3 - Eggs.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Efforts To The Central Kitchen Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław.4. The Required Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty Conditions For The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Were Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation, Which As Annex No. 3 Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.7. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Would Be The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resign From Some Of The Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, However, Any Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods Cannot Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified As The Contractors Remuneration.
