The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Number Of Meals Is An Estimated Value. The Minimum Order Value Cannot Be Lower Than 60% Of The Estimated Number Of People Using The Meals. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Producing And Serving Meals In The Following Schools: Primary School In Kosakowo - Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 11 In Kosakowoprimary School In Pogórze - Ul. Szkolna 15 In Pogórzeprimary School In Mosty - Ul. Szkolna 16 In Mosty1. When Using The Room For Serving Meals, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Appropriate Sanitary And Epidemiological Condition There, Carry Out Regular Disinfection And Keep Records Of Cleanliness. 2. Keeping Records Of Cleanliness In The School Canteen Is Intended To Ensure Hygiene And Food Safety. Documentation Should Include Cleaning Records, Health Inspection Records, Pest Control Records, And Other Food Safety Records Such As Product Storage Temperatures. 3. When Producing Meals, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party And Makes Available, Upon Request, Within 24 Hours, Records Related To Food Safety Containing At Least The Following Information: • Food Storage Temperature In Refrigerators And Freezers. • Expiry Date Of Products. • Quality Control Protocol For Raw Materials And Finished Products. • Instructions On Cleaning And Disinfection Processes. • Certification Of The Appropriate Health Status Of Staff. • Register Of Training In The Field Of Ghp, Gmp And Haccp. • Invoices For Purchased Raw Materials. • Daily Nutrition Reports. • Records Regarding Proper Washing And Disinfection Of Equipment And Dishes. 4. The Service Of Meals In Hours And Rounds Is Agreed By The Contractor With The School Principal.5. Meals And Drinks Will Be Served At School In Vessels Made Of Durable Material That Can Be Safely Washed In Dishwashers And With Metal Cutlery. Soup Served In Vases.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Cleanliness During And After Serving Meals, Providing His Own Cleaning Products.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Serve Meals To Students In Accordance With The School Calendar During School Lunch Breaks Agreed With The Principals Of The Institutions.8. The Contractor Provides Services Only Using Products That Meet Quality Standards For Food Products And Complies With Legal Regulations Regarding The Storage And Preparation Of Food Products, Resulting In Particular From The Act Of August 25, 2006.
