To obtain registration applications and condition leaflets for each item, applicants should obtain the A/10 Document on payment of an amount of Rs. 250.00 made to the Chief Finance Manager (Finance) at the SLTB Head Office. Thereafter, the SLTB will check the qualifications of the applicants and will select Suppliers for each item. The selected Suppliers with the required qualifications will be charged a Registration Fee of Rs. 1500.00 per item. The completed Applications should be placed in sealed Covers marked "Registration of Suppliers - 2026" and the "Item Number" at the left-side top corner.
