Rs. 1,000.00 will be charged for supplier registration (no limit on categories), and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 will be required. Existing registered suppliers are not required to pay the security deposit. b- The payments for the Registration of Suppliers for the year 2026 could be paid to the cashier at Football Federation of Sri Lanka, 100/9 Independence Square, Colombo-7, or direct payment to the following Bank Account. Hatton National Bank (HNB), A/C No.115010057027, Kollupitiya Branch. (Payments are only accepted by either cash or direct payment to the bank account) c- The copy of the payment slip should be forwarded together with the Form 01. (As proof of payments made in respect of each category of charges). Deadline Duly completed supplier registration documents should be sent by registered post to the General Secretary, Football Federation of Sri Lanka, 100/9 Independence Avenue, Colombo 07, or can be hand delivered to the Procurement Department of the FFSL.
