The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works And Related Activities To Build A New Recreational Area Including: -The Construction Of A Skatepark As A Key Element Of The Recreation Zone. -Equipped With Furniture (Gazebo, Picnic Tables, Bike Racks, Trash Cans). -Landscaping, Including Garden And Field Work (Landscape Improvement, Planting Of New Greenery, Establishment Of Lawns). -Solution Of Drainage Of Paved Surfaces Through Grassed Evaporation Depressions. - Construction Of Access Roads And Paved Areas (Gravel Roads, Gravel Lawn). The Construction Is Designed With Respect To Environmentally Friendly Principles And Minimization Of The Impact On The Environment, While Local Materials And Secondary Raw Materials Will Be Used. The Contract Includes All Necessary Work, Including Preparatory (E.G. Removal Of The Existing Gazebo) And Finishing (E.G. Furniture Installation) Stages, So As To Ensure The Full And Safe Operation Of The Newly Built Recreation Area. All Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Project Documentation And The Opinions Of The Authorities Concerned. The Requirements For The Minimum Standard Of The Technical Solution (Technical Specification) Are Defined And Described In Detail In The Attached Project Documentation, Which Forms An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation - Appendix Zd No. 1 Construction Project Documentation. Bidders Are Obliged To Respect All Technical Requirements And Parameters Defined In This Project Documentation When Processing The Offer.
