Mitra Imatra Rakenuttaja Oy Is Looking For Framework Contract Partners For The Years 2026-2027 For The Electrical Work Of The Properties Of The Real Estate Companies It Manages. The Acquisition Includes The Possibility Of An Option For The Year 2028. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Electrical Work Performed At An Hourly Rate During The Contract Period. The Work Sites Are Located In Different Parts Of The City Of Imatra. The Works Carried Out In The Framework Arrangement Are Mainly Small Or Minor Works Related To Maintenance And Upkeep, As Well As Repair And Modification Works. Projects And Contracts Over 15,000 Euros Are Tendered Separately And Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Framework Arrangement. Based On The Bids Received, Five (5) Contract Partners Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement.
