The City Of Kauniainen Is Planning A Procurement In Which The Payroll Service And Hr System Would Be Tendered. The Acquisition Would Include The Implementation Of The Payroll Service And Hr System, The Implementation Of System Integrations Related To The System, The Maintenance Of The System As A Saas Service, And The Production Of The Payroll Service. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Acquisition Would Include The Transfer Of The Business, Which Would Be Connected As Part Of The Acquisition. With This Announcement, The City Of Kauniainen Invites Bidders Interested In Procurement To Participate In The Market Survey And Market Dialogue. The Dialogue Starts With A Request For Information And A Market Survey, Where The Bidders Are Asked To Answer The Questions Presented In The Request For Information And E.G. To Provide Information About The Providers Service Offering And Hr System. The Procurement Unit Especially Wants To Hear The Bidders Perspectives On The Implementation Method And Conditions Of A Possible Transfer Of Business. At The Same Time, The Procurement Unit Prepares Preliminary Tender Documents, Which Will Be Made Available To Bidders At A Later Stage Before The Publication Of The Final Tender Request. The Current And Target State Of The Payroll Services And The Hr System Are Described In The Appendix Request For Information And Preliminary Description Of The Procurement Object To This Request For Information. In Addition, Bidders Are Asked For Additional Information On The Themes And Questions Described In The Appendix Questions And Answers To The Request For Information. The Preliminary Schedule Plan For The Procurement And The Implementation Of The Market Dialogue Are Described In The Appendix Request For Information And Preliminary Description Of The Procurement Object.
