The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Inform About The Plans And Requirements Related To The Citys Beach, And To Find Out Other Issues Related To The Project As A Whole. The Goal Is To Map The Targets Market And Get Comprehensive Information About The Projects Various Implementation Possibilities. This Invitation Does Not Bind The Inviter Or Those Who Have Responded To The Invitation To Take Any Measures, But The Purpose Is To Discuss Alternatives. There Is A Kiosk And A Service Building With Toilets And Showers (No Sauna) At The Nunnalahti Beach. In Addition, There Is A Campfire Canopy On The Beach. The Kiosk Has Sold E.G. Snacks And Rented Town-Owned Hopper Boats And Rowing Boats. There Is No Cooking Facility In The Kiosk. A Beach Guard Has Been Hired For The Summer. There Is A Beach Patrol From The Monday After Midsummer Until The Start Of School (The Previous Sunday, When School Starts The Following Week). Supervision Is On Weekdays And Holidays From 12:00 To 18:00. During The Summer, The Showers And Changing Rooms In The Maintenance Building Have Not Been Used, But You Can Go To The Bathroom And The So-Called To Cold Changing Rooms. The Kiosk Has Been Managed By An External Operator, But The Maintenance Building And Beach Cleaning Has Been Managed By The City. The Citys Goal Is To Get An Operator On The Beach Who Would Be Willing To Take Care Of The Beach As A Whole. The Purpose Is To Create A Destination That Creates Added Value For The Residents And Tourists Of The City Of Naantali. The City Can Take Care Of The Morning Cleaning Of The Beach And Possibly Take Care Of The Maintenance Building. The Area Is Located In A Nationally Significant Built Cultural Environment, Which Should Be Taken Into Account In The Planning Of The Operation. It Is Difficult To Estimate The Number Of Visitors To The Swimming Beach, Because It Can Vary Each Year Depending On The Weather And Blue-Green Algae. The City Of Naantali Is Investigating Different Options For Implementing The Project. It Is Tentatively Planned That The Actual Competition For The Project Will Be Organized At The Beginning Of 2026.
