Invitation To Market Dialogue: Transport Services For The Deceased In The Lapland Welfare Region

This Is Not A Pre-Announcement, A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tenders, But Rather An Announcement About Starting A Market Dialogue As Part Of The Planning Of The Tendering Process For The Procurement. Laplands Welfare Region Surveys The Interest And Opinions Of Market Participants Regarding The Planned Competition For Transportation Services For The Deceased. The Plan Is To Implement The Purchase In The Lapland Welfare Area. According To The Plan, There Will Be A Total Of Seventeen (17) Parts Of The Procurement. Bidders Will Have The Opportunity To Submit A Bid For One Or More Areas. Service Providers Will Be Selected Separately For Each Area. The Provider Can Thus Become A Selected Service Provider For One Or More Areas. The Areas Of Procurement According To The Plan Are Expressed In More Detail In The Service Description (Preliminary) Appendix To This Invitation. The Length Of The Contract Periods Of The Contracts To Be Concluded Will Probably Be Valid Indefinitely. The Dates Of Entry Into Force Of Agreements In Different Sub-Regions May Vary Depending On The Expiry Date Of The Valid Agreement In That Sub-Region, However, So That In All Cases The Agreement Will Enter Into Force During 2026. The Target Publication Date Of The Request For Tenders Is Q1/2026 (January-March 2026). The Purpose Of This Announcement Is To Collect And Share Information For The Future Procurement Of Transportation Services For The Deceased And To Enable A Dialogue Between The Welfare Region Of Lapland And Potential Providers. This Announcement And Invitation To Dialogue Does Not Oblige The Lapland Welfare Region To Carry Out The Actual Bidding Process And Procurement As Initially Described In The Announcement. The Service Description Presented In The Announcement And The Estimated Publication Date Of The Request For Tenders Are Preliminary And Indicative Preliminary Information. Participation In A Possible Tender Does Not Require Participation In This Market Dialogue. Answering Or Not Answering The Dialogue Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Participation Has No Effect On The Bidders Position In A Future Tender. The Information Provided In The Dialogue Is Not Binding On Either Party. There Is No Compensation For Participation.
