The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Restoration Of The Gallery Organ Of The Saint-Charles Borromée Church In Joinville-Le-Pont. The Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specific Clauses Booklet. The Contract Is Made Up Of Two Parts: First Part: A Firm Tranche, Itself Composed Of Two Parts: - A Part In Ordinary Contract At A Fixed Price Relating To The Restoration Of The Organ According To The Services Indicated In The Dpgf Completed By The Holder. - A Small Part In Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders (For Services Not Identifiable By The Holder At The Time Of Writing His Offer And Not Included In The Dpgf But Made Necessary During The Execution Of The Contract) Single-Awardee Without Minimum And With A Maximum Of €40,000 Excluding Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. Second Part: An Optional Section Relating To The Installation In Addition To A 16 Subwoofer Of 30 Notes. The Optional Tranche May Be Strengthened, At The Discretion Of The City, At The Time Of Signing The Contract Or At Any Time During The Life Of The Contract. The Contract Takes Effect From Its Notification. The Different Phases Of The Contract Will Be Executed Within The Deadlines Proposed By The Holder In Its Offer, It Being Specified That The Restored Organ Must Be Put Back In Place And In Working Order At The End Of The Overall Restoration Work On The Church Scheduled For May 2027.
