Repair And Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Service And Support Services For Sony Production Mixers For Südwestrundfunk And Other Beneficiaries. Südwestrundfunk As The Client And The Beneficiaries Involved In This Tender Operate Production Mixers From The Manufacturer Sony At Their Locations And For External Broadcasts. A Detailed List Of The Image Mixers Can Be Found In Appendix 17 – Price Sheets And Chapter 6.1. A Support Contract Is Required In Order To Be Able To Remedy Technical Errors Or Device Failures As Quickly As Possible. Due To The Different Locations Of The Devices, The External Service Provider Must Also Maintain A Central Spare Parts Depot In Order To Be Able To Deliver The Required Spare Parts To The Respective Production Location Promptly If Necessary. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Service And Support For Sony Production Mixers Of The Mvs, Xvs And Mls Series. Based On The Existing Sony Service Modules, The Contract Is To Be Concluded With A Basic Term Of 24 Months And Two Extension Options Of 12 Months Each. The Framework Agreement Is Scheduled To Begin On April 1, 2026, But Not Until The Contract Is Awarded At The Earliest. This Makes It Possible To Provide The Relevant Service In A Timely And Professional Manner Within Defined Slas. The Main Services Advertised Via This Award Procedure Are: Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For A Basic Term Of 24 Months For Professional Service And Support, Within Clearly Defined Service Times, Maintenance Of A Central Spare Parts Pool, 2 Extension Options For 12 Months Each. In Addition To The Swr As A Contractual Partner Of This Framework Agreement, The Following Public Broadcasters And Their Subsidiaries And Affiliated Companies Are Involved In This Framework Agreement As Beneficiaries, Provided That The Participation Of The Public Broadcasters Is At Least 50%: -Deutsche Welle (Dw) -Bayerischer Rundfunk (Br) -Hessischer Rundfunk (Hr) -Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (Mdr) -Norddeutscher Rundfunk (Ndr) -Saarländischer Rundfunk (Sr) -Südwestrundfunk (Swr) Community Institutions (Gsea), For Which The Respective Beneficiary Is In Charge, Are Also Entitled To Receive Subscriptions.
