The Object Of The Procurement Is The Medical Services Of The Emergency Reception For The Honkaharju Welfare Center In Imatra As Attendance Work. It Is A Delivery-Guaranteed Service, Which Is Provided By Doctors Appointed By The Supplier And, In Case Of Illness And Absence, By Their Appointed Substitutes. Services Are Purchased To Complement The Customers Own Service Production. A Non-Committal Estimate Of The Amount Of Service To Be Purchased Per Month Is: - The Resource Of One Doctor On Weekdays (Mon-Fri) From 8 Am To 8 Pm Every Day, Mainly Aimed At The Treatment Of Emergency Patients At The Health Center. - The Resource Of One Doctor On Other Days (Sat, Sun, Weekdays, Public Holidays) From 8 Am To 4 Pm Or 9 Am To 5 Pm Every Day, Focusing Mainly On The Treatment Of Emergency Patients At The Health Center. The Planned Contract Period Starts On 1 May 2026 And Ends On 30 April 2027. The Contract Includes An Option Clause That Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Subscriber Places Orders For Purchased Services For Periods Of At Least Six Months At A Time (Order Period). It Is An Effectiveness-Based Procurement, Where The Invoicing Of Services Is Based 90% On The Performed Medical Service And 0–10% On The Realized Quality Of The Service In 6-Month Periods.
