Tenders Are Invited For Drinking-Water Distribution – Service Concession In The Form Of Public Service Delegation Relating To The Operation Of The Drinking Water Service For The Municipalities Of Calais, Coquelles, Coulogne And Sangatte Blériot-Plage
Drinking-Water Distribution – Service Concession In The Form Of Public Service Delegation Relating To The Operation Of The Drinking Water Service For The Municipalities Of Calais, Coquelles, Coulogne And Sangatte Blériot-Plage. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Concession Contract In The Form Of Public Service Delegation For The Management Of The Public Drinking Water Service For The Municipalities Of Calais, Coulogne, Coquelles And Sangatte Blériot-Plage. The Urban Community Entrusts The Concessionaire, At Its Own Risk, With The Management And Operation Of This Service. The Total Estimated Value Of The Concession Is 83,688,487 Euros (Eighty-Three Million Six Hundred And Eighty-Eight Thousand And Four Hundred And Eighty-Seven Euros) Excluding Vat. This Value Is Calculated In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R.3121-1 To R.3121-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Estimate Corresponds To The Total Revenue Excluding Taxes Of The Concession On The Basis Of A Calculation In Constant Euros For The Duration Of The Contract Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Missions, Subject Of The Concession. There Are No Plans To Divide Them Into Batches. All Conditions Of Participation Are Set Out In The Consultation Regulations.
