The Amsterdam University Of Applied Sciences (Hva) Plans To Renovate The Tania Leonhuis And Expand It With New Construction. The Implementation Of This Will Start In Q3 Of 2026 And Has A Total Size Of 16,700 M2 Gfa. With This Tender, The Auas Wishes To Award An Assignment For Management And Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of This Project. The Auas Is Looking For A Professional Team Consisting Of A Well-Trained And Experienced Manager, A Construction Supervisor And An Installations Supervisor, Who Demonstrably Have Extensive Experience With, Among Other Things: Educational Housing, Bim And Projects With A High Sustainability Ambition (Breeam).
