Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Roads And Other Equipment – Service Concession For The Deployment, Financing And Operation Of Charging Infrastructure For Electric Vehicles (Irve).. Sem Drancy Demain Wishes To Entrust The Dealer With The Provision, Installation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Irve And Vehicle Charging Stations. Management Of The Service Will Be Carried Out At The Expense And Risk Of The Service Provider, Who Will Be Remunerated By Marketing The Services To Users Except For The Charging Stations Acquired As They Are Installed. The Service Provider Is Entrusted With The Following Missions: ⮚ Financing Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructures (Irve); ⮚ Carrying Out The Studies Necessary To Establish Irves And Installations; ⮚ Carrying Out Work To Establish Irves, Including Primary And Secondary Installations; ⮚ The Supply And Installation Of Charging Stations; ⮚ The Operation Of Irves Including: Management Of Irves And Charging Stations; The Subscription And Management Of Subscriptions With Electrical Energy And Internet Access Suppliers In Order To Ensure The Operation Of The Irves; Maintenance Of Irves And Terminals; The Provision Of The Charging Service To Users; The Establishment Of A Hotline Service; The Implementation Of A Monitoring Tool; The Commercial Operation Of Irves And Billing To Users. The Service Provider Will Be Responsible, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, For All Investments And Work, Including Renewal, Necessary For The Operation Of The Irves Equipping The Car Parks.
