Expression of Interest for Behavioral Intervention to Promote STEM Subjects and Professions at Schools in Tajikistan As part of the Women in STEM Tajikistan project, data collection is required to assess the impact of the role model video and mentoring campaign on schoolgirls aspirations and perceptions of STEM. Surveys will be conducted in 25 target schools across Balkhi and Kushoniyon districts in Khatlon Region. Objectives: To collect quantitative baseline and endline data from schoolgirls in Grades 9 and 11 to evaluate changes in STEM awareness, attitudes, and career aspirations. In addition, the firm will conduct information meetings across these 25 schools identified by the World Bank in Khatlon region.
