Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Firm to Design, Implement, and Monitor the Liberian Womens Sustainable Fisheries & Livelihoods Incubator (LWSFILI) Program in the Nine (9) Coastal Counties of Liberia A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method set out in the Procedures for the Procurement of Consulting Services.
