The Tenderer Plans To Enter Into A Fixed-Term Framework Contract For Transportation, Moving, Loading, Material Handling And Building Emptying Work Between And Within The Premises, Within The Building, And Between The Buildings In The Budapest And Pest Counties. Moving Tasks Are Carried Out From Monday To Saturday Between 8:00 And 18:00 And On Sundays Between 8:00 And 18:00, Excluding Public Holidays. The Tenderer Plans To Have A Maximum Of 28 People Working For 10 Hours A Day Per Order. The Bidder Must State In His Bid That, In The Event Of His Winning Bid, He Will Ensure The Availability Of The Following Size And Number Of Transport Vehicles For Each Order (On Each Delivery Occasion) In Accordance With The Moving Tasks During The Scope Of The Contract: • A Minimum Of 6 Closed Trucks With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons, Of Which - A Minimum Of 2 Trucks With A Lifting Rear Wall, - A Minimum Of 2 Closed Electrically Driven Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons Truck, • Minimum 2 Max. A Closed Truck With A Maximum Permitted Weight Of 3.5 Tons, Not Exceeding 2 Meters In Height (Including The Tires Of The Vehicle, Up To The Full Height Of The Vehicle) (Due To The Height Limitation Of Underground Garages), And • At Least 1 Closed Truck With A Maximum Permitted Total Weight Of 7.49 Tons (Elevating Tailgate). If The Tenderer - In The Event Of A Win - Is Unable To Ensure The Presence Of The Vehicles, The Tenderer Considers This To Be A Withdrawal From The Contract (In Accordance With Section 131 (4) Of The Commercial Code), Which The Tenderer Must Declare In The Annex R Of The Public Procurement Documents. In General, The Exact Schedule Of The Move Is Included In The Order Sent To The Bidder In Writing (E-Mail) At Least 2 Working Days Before The Start Of The Delivery. The Bidder Is Obliged To Confirm In Writing (E-Mail) To The Bidder The Orders Received By 12:00 On The Working Day By 16:00 Of The Same Day, And The Orders Received After 12:00 On The Working Day By 16:00 On The Following Working Day.
