Newspapers, Journals, Periodicals And Magazines – Supply And Management Of Subscriptions To Newspapers, Magazines, Periodicals And Individual Issues On Paper Or Electronic Media For The City Of Lille, The Ccas Of Lille As Well As The School Fund. The Consultation Will Lead To The Conclusion Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Executed By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-4 Paragraph 2, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Order Code, The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 226,500.00 Euro(S)/Excl. Tax Over A Period Of 1 Year, I.E. A Maximum Amount Of 906,000.00 Euro(S)/Excl. Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract, All Renewals Combined, I.E. 4 Years. It Should Be Noted That The Contract Holder Will Not Be Able To Raise Any Claim If They Are Not Achieved. The Contracting Authority Is Not Required To Guarantee A Minimum Expenditure From The Outset To The Selected Operator And May Therefore Make Repetitive Purchases Within The Limit Of The Amounts Indicated Above. The Estimated Quantities Indicated In The Dqe Serve As The Basis For The Analysis Of The Offers. They Are Therefore Not Contractual.
