The Tender Includes Painting Work For The Cytostatics Laboratory Area And The Associated Administrative Preliminary Area At The Zithaklinik In The City Of Luxembourg. This Is A Conversion And Renovation Measure In The Existing Building. The Former Nursing Station On Level 5 In Component C (Built Around 1982) Will Be Converted Into A Clean Room With Gmp Certification For The Production Of Cytostatics, Biotherapies And Other Pharmaceutical Products As Well As An Administrative Preliminary Area Without Gmp Certification. The Former Nursing Station Has Already Been Completely Gutted, Including The Demolition Of The Floor Structure. The Supporting Structure, Stairwell Cores And Supply Shafts Remain Intact. The Work Includes The Installation Of: Dust-Binding Paint On Stb Ceilings Wallpapering And Painting Work On Newly Created Drywalls And On Existing Plastered Walls Or New Plastered Wall Areas Made Of Masonry Or Reinforced Concrete. Painting On Newly Created Drywall Ceilings And Edge Friezes Painting On Existing Radiators. For Renovation Work On The 5Th Floor, Component C.
