Software Update Management, Driver Management, Dcm. Clients Are Both Windows Pcs And A Citrix Xenapp Environment. Future Software, Not Exhaustive: • Intune (Hardware And Software Deployment) Intune Technologies: Entra Id, Device Management, Device Configuration, Mobile Device Management, Device Compliance, Update Management, Application Management And Deployments, Windows Autopilot • Msix (Further Rollout) Services That We Purchase Through This Process: • Service Desk With Incident Support 24/7 • Health Check, To Be Carried Out Annually • Training It Employees (Ad Hoc) • Consulting On Projects The Duration Of The Assignment Is 48 Months, And This Can Be Extended Twice By 12 Months.
