We are seeking to identify experienced trainers and analysts specialized in the Gender-Conflict-Nexus to ensure high-quality interventions in fragile contexts. What we are looking for: We are interested in professionals with a proven track record in: Analytical Frameworks: Structural and cultural violence, fragility, and power dynamics. Transformative Approaches: Gender-transformative project design. Socio-Ecological Modeling: Applying gender lenses at individual, communal, and institutional levels. Capacity Building: Experience in training NGO teams using participatory methodologies in theory and practice.
