The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Theaters Roof, Adapting It To The Recommendations Of The Technical Fire Protection Expert Opinion, Modernizing The Stage And Auditorium, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions (Consent Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Decision On A Building Permit) And Providing The Authors Supervision Service.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments), Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Offer Form) And Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In The Manner Specified In The Opz.
