The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Project As Part Of The Project Improvement Of Water And Sewage Management In The Modliborzyce Commune - Part No. 4: Modernization Of The Mechanical Management Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Modliborzyce Of The Modernization Of The Initial Mechanical Sewage Treatment At The Treatment Plant In Modliborzyce, Including The Modernization Of: The Main Pumping Station, The Basket Grate Chamber And The Installation Of A Sand Trap Screen With The Necessary Infrastructure Using The Existing Room. Sandbox Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes Design, Including The Implementation Of All Design Works, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Perform Works At The District Office In Janów Lubelski, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Decisions Required By Law, Permits, Notifications, And Then Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Completed Design And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Notifications And Permits Required By Law. The Detailed Scope Of The Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. On The Basis Of The Developed, Agreed And Approved Construction And Executive Designs, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Required Construction Works. The Contractors Obligations Under The Task And The Offer Price Include: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Construction Practice And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Provisions Of The Construction Law, Under The Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Care And Within The Contractual Deadlines; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of The Incorporated Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supplies And All Devices Necessary For Sampling And Testing Materials And Works; 3) Submitting, Before Signing The Contract, A Copy Of The Designers And Construction Managers Qualifications In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, Or Corresponding Equivalent Construction Licenses Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Construction Licenses Equivalent To Those Indicated Above. 4) Ensuring Proper Marking And Proper Security Of The Construction Site;5) Maintaining Order On The Construction Site And Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage At Its Own Expense;6) Bearing Financial Responsibility For Damage Caused By The Contractor To Owners Or Users Of Properties Adjacent To The Construction Site;7) Ensuring Safe Conditions For Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of Carrying Out The Works In Question;8) Caring For The Nat
