The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Crushed Road Aggregate With A Total Amount Of 4,500 Tons On Municipal And Internal Roads With A Crushed Stone Surface In The Sędziszów Małopolski Commune, And The Work Of An Excavator (Preparation Of The Ground) In The Amount Of 150 Hours.2. The Aggregate Referred To In Section 2 Will Be Delivered To The Contractor At The Place Indicated By Him Between 7:30 A.M. And 3:30 P.M., After Prior Notification Of The Planned Delivery.3. The Scope Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Includes Loading Aggregate From The Place Of Storage And Placing Aggregate Owned By The Ordering Party On Sections Of Municipal And Internal Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Quantity Of Loaded Aggregate Will Be Confirmed By A Printout From A Device Indicating The Weight Of The Loaded Aggregate. Note: Failure To Fulfill The Above Obligation (To Provide The Ordering Party With A Printout Confirming The Weight Of The Loaded Aggregate Each Time) Will Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties Referred To In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Draft Contract § 12 Section 1 Point 5)4. The Contractor For Works Related To The Installation Of Aggregate Will Provide A Hardened (With An Area Of ​​At Least 500 M2), Fenced And Monitored Area For Storing Aggregate In The City Of Sędziszów Małopolski With Access To A Hardened Road For The Purpose Of Delivering Aggregate.
