The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Protection, Development And Promotion Of Public Tourist Values And Tourist Services Thanks To The Creation Of The Regional Center For Tourism And Recreation In Kraśnik, Co-Financed Under Measure 11.2 Protection Of Natural Heritage, Safety And Sustainable Development Of Tourism Of Urban Areas And Their Functional Areas As Part Of Integrated Territorial Investments (Project Types 1, 2, 3) Of Priority Xi Territorially Balanced Development Of The European Funds For Lublin Program 2021-2027.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Plot With Registration Number 442, Budzyń District, Kraśnik Commune, On The Kraśnik Reservoir, At Ul. Nadstawna In Kraśnik.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) In The Scope Of Task No. 1: A) Replacement Of Elements Of The Wooden Structure Of The Pier/Walking Pier (Disassembly Of Existing Elements Due To Poor Technical Condition And Installation Of New Ones - Using The Existing Structure Of Piles/Dolks Anchored In The Bottom Of The Reservoir), B) Construction Of Lighting For The Walking Pier, C) Renovation Of Fishing Piers (Consisting Of Replacing The Surface Of The Piers On The Existing Structure), 2) In The Scope Of Task No. 2: A) Construction Of Piers At The Designated Swimming Pool With Access For People With Disabilities, B) Construction Of Mooring Piers For The Marina For Water Equipment.5. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Modernization Of Monitoring.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Divided Into Tasks Referred To In Section 4, Provided That Task No. 1 Will Be Implemented From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until June 30, 2026, While Task No. 2 Will Be Implemented In The Period From September 1, 2026 Until The Expiry Of 10 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.7.
