1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Sports And Recreational Infrastructure In Pruchnik. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate In Excel For The Evaluation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which The Contractor Should Value And Attach To The Offer. The Delivered And Installed Playground And Pitch Equipment Should Be Safe For Its Users, Have The Necessary Approvals And/Or Certificates, And Should Meet Polish And/Or European Standards. Safety Certificates For Individual Elements Of Playground And Pitch Equipment (Play Equipment, Sports Equipment) And Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards For Accompanying Devices (E.G. A Board With Regulations, Waste Bin, Bench) Are Submitted Only By The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous And A Contract For The Implementation Of The Order Is Signed. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Observing The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Regulations, Permits And Technical Conditions. Moreover, The Ordering Party Recommends That For The Duration Of The Order, The Contractor Appoints A Works Manager Referred To In §11 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Delivered And Installed Order Elements Necessary For The Comprehensive Execution Of The Order Should Be Safe, Have The Necessary Approvals And/Or Certificates And/Or Test Reports Should Meet Polish And/Or European Standards And/Or Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Product, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And Install It In The Place Or Locations Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Catalog Cards, Technical Specifications Or Other Equivalent Document From The Manufacturer Of A Given Product That Has The Necessary Data To Confirm The Required Parameters And Features Will Be Submitted By The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous And A Contract For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Signed.
