The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction And Renovation Works Of Premises In A Building In Żarki At Ul. Częstochowska 15, Marked With Numbers 1, 2 And 3, Intended For The Implementation Of The Myszków Districts Own Tasks - Establishing A Family-Type Care And Education Facility (Unit 3) And Running Training Apartments (Units 1 And 2). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution By The Contractor Of Construction And Renovation Works On All Premises, Separating Two Parts: 1) Part 1 - Renovation Of The Premises In A Service Building In Żarki At Ul. Częstochowska 15/3 For The Needs Of A Family-Type Care And Education Facility, 2) Part 2 - Renovation Of Premises In A Service Building In Żarki At Ul. Częstochowska 15/1 And Ul. Częstochowska 15/2 Intended For Training Apartments.2. The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By: 1) Architectural Design Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Bill Of Quantities For Part 1 Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Part 1 Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 4) Bill Of Quantities For Part 2 Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 5) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of Part 2, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz;6) Floor Plans Of The Premises Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz;7) Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.1.1. Warranty And Warranty1.1.1. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 24 Months.1.1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Warranty Period In Months In The Offer Form. 1.1.3. If The Contractor Indicates In The Offer A Warranty Period Shorter Than The Minimum Required Period Indicated Above, I.E. In Point 1.1.1. Equivalent Solutions 1.2.1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.1.2.2.
