The Subject Of The Order Is: Repair Of Cracks In The Walls On The Ground Floor Of The F-13 Building Of The Food And Nutrition Science Center Of The University Of Life Sciences In Wrocław, Ul. Chełmońskiego 37, The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: 1. Swz, 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Together With: Technical Specification For The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As: Stwiorb, Interior Design Design (Wall Colors And Infographics), Bill Of Quantities General Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order: 1. The Contractor Should: - Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Prepare A Detailed (On A Weekly Basis) Material And Financial Schedule, Which, After Approval By The Ordering Party, Will Constitute The Basis For The Settlement Of The Agreement, - No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Construction Site, Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Contractors Insurance Against Civil Liability (Oc) In Tort And Contract In Connection With The Business Activity, For An Insurance Amount Not Lower Than 100% Of The Gross Offer Price For An Accident. Regardless Of The Number Of Accidents; - Before Installing The Materials, Provide: Declarations Of Performance, Material Cards, Certificates Of Conformity With The Required Attachments, - Provide Waste Transfer Cards, - Provide Materials, Equipment And Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Having Valid Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active University Facility During The Academic Year. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Interrupt Construction Works And Close The Construction Site For One Day In Connection With The Organization Of Special Events/Exams Or Other Important Projects Carried Out By Upwr. The Contractor Will Be Informed No Later Than 3 Days Before The Date Of Organization Of The Ceremony, On The Day Of Organization Of The Ceremony, The Construction Site Should Be Tidy And Secured Against Access By Unauthorized Persons.
