Regarding Specialist Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) For Beneficiaries Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Gniezno.1. Each Month, A Group Of Approximately 12 Patients Is Expected To Receive Specialized Care Services. Estimated Number Of Hours: Approx. 208 Hours Per Month [Maximum 52 Hours Per Week]2. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom The Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance.3. An Hour Of Service Is One Clock Hour (I.E. 60 Minutes). The Time Of One Hour Of Providing Specialist Care Services Does Not Include The Time Of Reaching Or Commuting To The Recipient Or Returning After The Service Has Been Performed.
