The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Covering Transport Of Disabled Students Residing In The Sławków Commune To And From Schools, Kindergartens And Centers In Dąbrowa Górnicza, Będzin And Katowice In 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: Persons Driving Vehicles (Driving Vehicles). 4. The Employment Referred To Above Does Not Apply To: 1) Natural Persons Running Sole Proprietorships Who Will Independently Perform The Subject Of The Contract Within The Scope Of Activities Specified By The Ordering Party; 2) Partners Of Partnerships And Capital Companies Who Will Independently Perform Work Within The Scope Of Activities Specified By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires That The Services Provided Enable Free And Safe Movement Of Disabled People (The Method Of Providing The Service Should Ensure Full Accessibility And Safety For These People). 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Information Obligations Provided For In Art. 13 Or Art. 14 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons From Whom Personal Data Was Obtained Directly Or Indirectly In Order To Apply For A Public Procurement Contract In This Procedure.
