Part I - Vegetables And Fruits The Detailed Scope, Quantity, Description And Specification Of The Assortment, The Delivery Of Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Specified In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1.1 To The Terms Of Order. Vegetables And Fruits Should Be Fresh, Firm, Without Mechanical Damage, Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, Without Symptoms Of Rotting, Traces Of Mold And Frost. The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging For Root, Tuber And Leafy Vegetables And Fruit Included In The Order As Is Required To Prevent Their Damage Or Deterioration Of Quality During Transport And Storage. The Total Quantity Of Deliveries Of Root, Tuber And Leafy Vegetables And Fruit Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Respond Flexibly To The Ordering Partys Changes.
