1. The Subject Of These Proceedings Is The Organization Of A Conference Entitled Solankowa Dolina And Health-Promoting Waters Of Pomerania And Kujawy - Ciechocinek 2026. This Task Will Be Implemented On March 15-17, 2026.2. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Entrepreneurial Discovery Process For The Development Of Smart Specializations Of The Region, European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania Program For 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program Under Measure 1.7: Actions For The Development Of Ris, Including Professionalization Of Beis, Priority 1: European Funds For Growth Innovation And Competitiveness Of The Region.3. Framework Schedule Of The Conference Entitled Solankowa Dolina And Health-Promoting Waters Of Pomerania And Kujawy - Cie-Chocinek 2026 Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.4. This Procedure Concerns Part Of A Larger Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Further Division Of The Procedure And Submission Of Partial Offers In This Procedure. Due To The Target Group To Which The Event Is Addressed, The Identity Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Order, Including The Program, Accommodation, Meals, Etc., The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Dividing The Proceedings Into Parts And Thus Performing Individual Elements Of The Conference By Different Contractors. Allowing The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Is Not Justified Because, In The Ordering Partys Opinion, It Would Involve Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties And Would Be Uneconomic. Orders Of This Type, Regardless Of The Value, Are Successfully Implemented By Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. Moreover, Due To The Need To Perform Tasks Within A Strictly Defined Time Frame, The Need To Ensure Efficient And Effective Communication, As Well As The Limited Human Resources Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Coordination And Supervision Of Several Potential Contractors, It Is Necessary To Execute The Order By One Entity. At The Same Time, It Should Be Noted That The Adoption Of A Comprehensive Solution, I.E. An Order Not Divided Into Parts, Has A Positive Impact On The Price Of The Order As Well As Its Implementation Time. This Is The Most Advantageous Solution, Meeting The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Principle Of Spending Public Funds5. Brief Description Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Services As Follows: A) Organizing A Conference, Based On The Detailed Conference Program Provided By The Ordering Party, Based On The Framework Program Specified In Section 2;B) Providing Catering Services During The Conference - Providing Coffee Breaks And Lunches On Each Of The 2 Days Of The Conference For 100 People/Day (On The 2Nd And 3Rd Day Of The Conference) And 2 Breakfasts For 50 People (On The 2Nd And 3Rd Day Of The Conference) And For 15 People On March 18, 2026.
