The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (Sump) For The Sądecki Functional Area Under The European Funds For Małopolska For 2021-2027, Priority 3 European Funds For Urban Transport, Measure 3.1 Urban Transport - Zit, Project Type A Urban Transport, Project Type B Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (Sump). 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Conditions Of Implementation Of This Order, In Addition To This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Tor. And Implementation Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans;B) Sump Must Receive A Positive Assessment From The Assessment Team Established At The Center For Eu Transport Projects (Cupt);C) Information About The Ordering Party: The Sądecki Functional Area Association, Hereinafter Referred To As Sof, Is Located In South-Eastern Poland, In The Southern Part Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Sof Covers A Total Of 17 Administrative Units, Including Two Urban Communes, Four Urban-Rural Communes And Eleven Rural Communes - I.E. The City Of Nowy Sącz, The City Of Grybów, The Commune Of Chełmiec, The Commune Of Gródek Nad Dunajcem, The Commune Of Grybów, The Commune Of Kamionka Wielka, The Commune Of Korzenna, The Commune Of Krynica-Zdrój, The Commune Of Łabowa, The Commune Of Łącko, The Commune Łososina - Dolna, Muszyna Commune, Nawojowa Commune, Piwniczna - Zdrój Commune, Podegrodzie Commune, Rytro Commune, Stary Sącz Commune. D) The Sump Must Be Prepared In Close Coordination With Relevant Policies And Strategies At The National And European Level (Requirement Of Sump Compliance With All Required Documents, Including Local Documents Or Their Projects For Each Local Government Unit - Commune Member State + Requirement To Take Into Account Findings And Directions Contained In Higher-Level Documents);E) Sump Must Be Consistent With Current European Trends In Urban Mobility, Including: Development Of Public Transport, Electromobility, Shared Mobility, Etc.; F) The Method Of Implementing The Order Involving The Development Of A Sump For Sof Should Take Into Account The Participation Of Member Municipalities During Each Key Stage And In The Kick-Off Phase - Goal: To Provide Member Municipalities With A Real Influence On The Content Of The Sump.4. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Conducting Public Consultations (At Each Stage Of Work Required By Applicable Regulations Or Good Practices) And For Preparing Reports On The Consultations (The Reports Should Include, Among Others, A Description Of The Plan And The Forms Of Consultation Used, A Description Of The Consultation Process, The Number Of Participants, Opinions/Comments And Tables With The Comments And Opinions Submitted. 5.
