Tenders are invited for Maintenance of hydraulic paper cutter model (POLAR 115) for the printing press of the Educational Media and Technologies Department, excluding spare parts, at Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences. Documents Price: KD 20/- (nonrefundable, payable via K-Net). Important conditions and instructions: 1- Bidders must present a valid registration receipt from the Ministry of Interior, or submit a registration application to register with the Ministry and then purchase tender documents. 2- Bids shall be submitted at the Bid Opening Committee at the Ministry of Interior building (Sharq area, Al-Siddiq School, 1st floor) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 3- Final performance bond is 10% of the total contract value. 4- Any recommendations or decisions from the mandatory pretendering meeting are integral to the tender documents and binding on all companies. 5- Bids submitted before or after the specified time will not be accepted.
