This Request For Quotations (The “Rfq”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Wood Buffalo To Prospective Respondents To Submit A Non-Binding Quotation (“Quotation”) For Provision Of Annual Bedding Plants And Hanging Baskets – Soa, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables”). The Term Of The Agreement Is Intended To Be For A Period Of Two (2) Years With An Option In Favour Of The Municipality To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions For Up To One (1) Additional One (1) Year Term.
