The Building Is Made Up Of Four Buildings Forming A Rectangular Shape With An Inner Courtyard Through Which Passes A Warm Connection Between Two Of The Buildings. Three Of The Buildings Are Two-Story, And The Fourth Is One-Story, All Without A Basement. The Construction Of The Building Is Monolithic. The Facade Walls Are Brickwork. The Roof Of The Building Is Flat With No Air Gap. The Roof Structure – Reinforced Concrete Slab With Bitumen Waterproofing. The External Windows Of The Building Are Pvc Profile With Glazing, But They Are Outdated, In Places There Are Damaged Seals And Swept Frames, Which Causes Increased Infiltration. The Floor Of The Building Is A Floor To The Ground. The Building Is Heated By Means Of A Natural Gas Boiler. The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Main Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 – Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site; Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Project Should Include: 1. All Energy-Saving Measures Prescribed In The Energy Efficiency Survey - Reaching The Energy Consumption Class Depending On The Prescriptions Of The Energy Survey, Including: - Measure B1- Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Including The Accompanying Activities; - Measure B3 – Thermal Insulation Of Roofs, Including All Accompanying Activities; - Measure B5 – Replacement Of Windows, Including Accompanying Activities; - Measure C6 – Replacement Of Sais/Cis; - Measure C8 – Pumps, Fans And Others; - Measure C11 – Measures For Dhw Installation; - Measure C12 – Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures; - Measure E1 - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Plant. 2. The Measures Indicated As Mandatory In The Technical Passport Of The Building, Attached To This Public Order.
