Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Planning Technical Building Equipment 2Nd Construction Phase. The Institute Of The North Rhine-Westphalia Fire Department (Idf Nrw) Is The Largest Fire Service Training And Further Education Facility In Germany. With A Capacity Of 300 Boarding Places, A Wide Variety Of Events Are Offered And Held Here For Professional And Voluntary Members Of The Public And Private Fire Departments. The Idf Nrw Has Three Locations Within Münster And The Surrounding Area, Which Are Classified As Special Properties Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Present Project Refers To The Main Site, Which Will Be Referred To As The Headquarters In The Future And Is Located At Wolbecker Straße 237 In 48155 Münster. The Other Two Locations Are In Telgte And Münster-Wolbeck, But Are Not Part Of This Tender. The Changing Needs Of Course And Training Participants Today And In The Coming Years, The Expansion Of The Task Portfolio, The Increase In Training Capacities And The Associated Increase In The Number Of Employees Require A Future-Oriented, Continuous Adaptation Of The Existing Structural, Functional And Organizational Infrastructures. As Part Of The Currently Ongoing First Construction Phase In The Overall Münster And Telgte Infrastructure Optimization Project, Functions From The Main Site In Münster Will Be Relocated To The Areas Of The Telgte Branch. The Associated Structural Work At The Branch Has Already Begun And Is Expected To Be Completed In December 2027. These Measures Are Not Part Of This Tender. As Part Of The Second Construction Phase In Question, The Restructuring That Has Already Begun On The Main Site In Münster Will Be Continued. This Includes The Following Measures: - New Construction Of The Teaching Hall Building Sg1 With Energy Center, Canteen And Teaching Control Center - New Construction Of The Administration Building Sg2 With Underground Car Park North - New Construction Of The Accommodation Building Sg3 As An Extension To The Existing Building A6 - New Construction Of The Accommodation Building Sg4 With Reception And Underground Car Park South - Reconstruction Of The Existing Building A6 - Reconstruction Of The Existing Building A8 With A New Head Building A8 - Connection Of The Aforementioned Buildings To The Partly Already Prepared Supply Lines In The Outdoor Areas. The Total Investment Volume For The Second Construction Phase Is Around 127 Million Euros Gross. The Service Phases 3 According To Hoai Have Already Been Completed Building By Building For The Second Construction Phase With The Creation Of The Design Documents For Construction (Ew-Construction). The Documents For Ew-Bau Have Been Submitted For Approval. At The Time Of The Tender, Ew-Baus Documents For The Second Construction Phase Are Being Examined By The Responsible Ministries Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. In The Further Course, Changes May Occur Due To Audit Comments From The Ministries And A Subsequently Adjusted Spatial Program, Which Will Lead To A Revision Of Service Phase 3 According To Hoai And The Cost Calculation.
