Duration Of Service Provision: During The Year And If There Are Residual Removals (Msw), The Contractor Provides The Service Until The Last Removal (Msw) Of Containers At The Request Of The Customer 3 Times A Week. Payment For Services Actually Performed. Applicable Rules Are The Environmental Code Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan, The Law Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan “On The Sanitary And Epidemiological Welfare Of The Population.” Services Provided Under The Agreement Must Meet Or Be Higher Than The Standards Established For This Type Of Service In The Republic Of Kazakhstan.
