The Public Service Delegation Will Be Carried Out At The Delegatees Own Risk And Covers More Precisely: - The Operation Of The Various Goods Made Available; - Administrative Management; - Financial Management; - Maintenance Of The Goods Made Available. The Delegatee Will Be Remunerated By The Resources Derived From The Operation Of The Delegation. 1. Management Of Nautical Bases: Béal, Mouré Rouge And Batéguier Located On Sainte Marguerite Island. The Delegatees Mission Is To Be A School Of The Sea With The Aim Of Making The Riches Of Cannes Maritime Heritage Accessible Primarily To The People Of Cannes, And Particularly To Young People. This Objective Involves Practicing Sailing Or Other Nautical Activities Without A Motor (Excluding Diving) Around Educational Principles And A Teaching Method Aimed At Discovering The Marine Environment Through The Practice Of Physical And Sporting Activities. 2. Management Of The Fort De L’Île Sainte Marguerite Entertainment And Accommodation Center. Part Of The Facilities At Fort De L’Île Sainte-Marguerite Will Be Made Available To The Delegatee, Including: - 240 Beds Divided Into 35 Rooms; - A Catering Unit Including, In Particular, Four Dining Rooms That Can Accommodate A Total Of 240 Seats Per Service. The Socio-Educational Activities That The Town Hall Intends To Develop There, For The Priority Benefit Of Young Cannes Residents, Include A Sporting, Cultural, Artistic And Scientific Dimension Open To The Marine And Island Environment. On The Fort Of Sainte-Marguerite Island, The Delegatees Mission Is To Organize And Coordinate A Set Of Activities Linked To The Specific Environment Of The Island. The Modalities For Carrying Out The Mission Must Cover A Wide Range Of Situations Which Will Vary Depending On The Duration Of Reception, The Extent Of The Services Which Include Catering And/Or Accommodation, Depending On The Expected Users, While Giving Priority To Young People From Cannes During School Or Extracurricular Time. Taking Into Account The Purpose Of This Public Service Delegation Which Is To Favor Access To The Service For The Greatest Number Of People, The City May Allocate, If Necessary, A Financial Contribution To Compensate For The Insufficiency Of The Price Of Services, In Order To Allow Respect For The Principle Of Equality In Public Service.
