The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport For The Purpose Of Ensuring Traffic Accessibility, Especially In The Territory Of The Olomouc Region, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Of Act. No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers And On The Amendment Of Other Laws, As Amended, Especially In The Northern Part Of The Olomouc Region, In The Territory Of The Šumperk And Jeseník Districts, Especially The Operation Of Regional Trains On The Šumperk – Hanušovice – Jeseník, Lipová Lázně – Javorník In Silesia And Hanušovice – Staré Město Pod Sněžnikem Branches. However, This Does Not Exclude Performances On Other Routes In The Region, Including Possible Extensions To The Pardubice Or Moravian-Silesian Regions, Or To The Opole Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded By The Contracting Authority With The Supplier, The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where The Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Temporal Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Assumes The Use Of Independent Traction Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Will Not Request New Vehicles. At Least Part Of The Vehicles Will Have To Be Equipped With The Etcs System. With Regard To The Anticipated Electrification Of The Bludov – Jeseník Line In The Period Of Approximately 2031 To 2032, The Customer Anticipates A Decrease In Performance Within The Scope Of The Performance Of This Order After The Completion Of The Electrification.
