Scope Of Services: The Scope Of Services Includes The Production, Further Processing, Packaging And Distribution Of Print Products, In Particular: - Seasonal Brochures And Program Booklets (Din Lang, A6, A5) - Posters/Posters (A3-A0) - Leaflets/Flyers (Din Lang, A6, A5, A4) - Cards (Autograph Cards, Presentation Cards, Postcards, Business Cards) - Business Equipment (Letterhead, Envelopes, Mailing Bags) - Other - Sd Sets, Stickers, Promotional Items, Pads, Etc. The Focus Of Print Production Is On Small And Medium-Sized Runs, Sometimes At Very Short Notice. A Significant Portion Of The Print Orders Can Be Realized Using Digital Printing. The Formats Range From The Smallest Format (50×90Mm) To The Large Format (Din A0). The Printed Products Vary In Complexity From Simple To High-Quality Versions With Different Levels Of Processing. The Usual Response Times For Production Implementation And Delivery Are 2 To 5 Working Days. Contract Term And Volume: When The Contract Is Awarded, A Framework Agreement With A Basic Term Of Two Years Is Concluded. Wdr Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice, Each Time For A Further Year. The Maximum Contract Term Is Therefore Four Years. The Maximum Order Volume Over The Entire Term Is Eur 618,800 Gross. This Estimate Is Based On The Number Of Calls And Individual Orders Over The Past Three Years. The Actual Scope Of Services Depends On The Specific Needs Of Wdr. For The Basic Term Of Two Years, A Binding Purchase Obligation Totaling Eur 160,000 Gross Is Defined.
