Ancillary Works For Pipelines And Cables – Delivery Of 110 Kv Underground Cables And Civil Engineering Services For An Approx. 4.4 Km Long Cable Route In 46395 Bocholt. The Client Is A Modern Service Company That Operates The Electricity, Gas, Water And Fiber Optic Networks In Bocholt. The Client Is Also Responsible For The Local Heating Supply In The Urban Area. The Client Sees Himself Exposed To New Challenges In The Urban Context. Due To The Extensive Expansion Of The Electrical Systems, The Client Plans To Have A New Substation Built With Large Transformers, Which Is Connected To A 110 Kv Cable Route Across The Bocholt Urban Area. The Substation Is To Be Built On Land Owned By The Client. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Service Components Cable And Civil Engineering Service Cable Route. The Cable Service Component Includes The Cable Pulls, Sleeves, Terminations And Other Material Supplies Necessary For Ready-To-Use Assembly. This Also Includes The Entire Electrical Assembly Up To The Operational Or Switch-On State, Including Factory And Commissioning Tests. With This Tender, The Client Plans To Procure A 110 Kv Xlpe Cable Of Type Na2xs(Fl)2Y >C< 1X800 Mm² Rm/50 64/110 Kv With A Conductive Outer Layer Or An Equivalent Cable Type. The Route Is Planned As A Continuous Pipe Route. 160 Mm Pe Pipes Are Used. Two Fiber Optic Cables Are Laid As Control Lines, Each In Its Own 50 Mm Protective Tube. The Cable Is Expected To Be Laid In 30 Sections (5 Sections Per System For 2 Systems). Partial Lengths Of 720 M To 1,000 M Are Currently Planned. The Total Length Of Each System Is Approx. 4,350 M. Responsibility For The Planning Services Generally Lies With The Separately Commissioned Specialist Planner. The Civil Engineering Service Component Cable Route Includes The Entire Pipe Route Construction Including The Necessary Civil Engineering Services For The Socket Assembly. The Plan Is To Build A Continuous Pipeline Route Into Which The High-Voltage Cables Will Be Pulled. The Execution Is Planned In Sections Of Approx. 100 M (Larger Sections By Arrangement) In Order To Keep The Open Trench Sections Within Limits. The Civil Engineering Work Must Be Carried Out Using Both The Horizontal Drilling Method And The Open Construction Method. The Implementation Plan Is Available. The Contractor Is Expected To Begin Construction Work In Mid-2026. The Client Has Already Ordered The Large Transformers For The Substation. These Are Expected To Be Delivered By The End Of 2027. The Client Will Tender The Planning And Construction Of The Substation To Which The Cable Route Will Be Connected In Separate Procurement Procedures. These Services Are Not The Subject Of The Tender.
